1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website copynative.com and the CopyNative service ("Service"), operated by Atrashop, MB, company code 307022657, Lithuania ("CopyNative", "we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
2. What CopyNative does
CopyNative uses artificial intelligence to turn a product description (or a product name and key features) into localized e-commerce copy – a title, description, key benefits and call to action – for the Lithuanian, Polish, English (UK/US) and Russian markets. Optionally, we offer a Professional Review: a human translator/editor checks and improves the AI-generated copy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be error-free.
3. AI-generated content – please read
- The copy produced by the tool is generated automatically by an AI model. It can contain mistakes, awkward phrasing, incorrect facts or claims that do not match your product.
- You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing it, including checking that any product claims are true and comply with advertising, consumer-protection and product-labelling laws in the markets where you sell.
- Similar or identical inputs may produce similar outputs for other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness of AI-generated text.
4. Your content and our content
- Your input (product descriptions, photos, product names) remains yours. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Output generated for you – to the extent permitted by law, you may use it freely for your own business, including publishing, editing and translating it. We claim no ownership of the output.
- The CopyNative website, software, brand, blog articles and ebook are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute them without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including generating misleading product claims, counterfeit-goods listings or content that infringes third-party rights;
- share, resell or publish your access code, or use one code across multiple businesses;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service or bypass usage limits;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the Service;
- submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, pornographic or hateful.
6. Plans, payments and access codes
- Free tier: a limited number of free generations, no signup required. We may change the number of free generations at any time.
- Paid plan: a monthly subscription that allows up to the number of generations stated on the website (currently 1,000 per month). Payment is handled by Whop. After purchase you receive an access code that unlocks the plan on the website. Unused generations do not carry over to the next month.
- Professional Review: a separate, per-order service purchased via Whop or requested through the website, priced as stated at the time of ordering. Delivery is normally within 48 hours; we will tell you if a specific order needs more time.
- Prices are shown in euro and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location; Whop calculates the final amount at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Professional Review service
The Professional Review is performed by a qualified human translator/editor. It covers natural phrasing, tone, grammar, terminology and market fit for the languages listed on the website, and includes one revision round. It does not include legal or regulatory review of product claims, keyword research, or writing entirely new copy from scratch unless agreed in writing.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data – including product texts sent to our AI provider, ebook emails and payment information – is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopyNative is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost sales or reputational harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or its output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in the EU.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service or fail to pay. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancelling your subscription via Whop ends future charges.
11. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We are a small, evolving product. We may add, change or remove features, adjust usage limits, change prices for future billing periods, or update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date; where reasonably possible we will also inform paying customers by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
