Who we are
CopyNative (https://copynative.com) is operated by Atrashop, MB, company code 307022657, registered in Lithuania. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@copynative.com.
This policy explains what data we collect when you use copynative.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect and why
Product texts and photos you submit
When you use the localization tool, the product description, product name, features, tone and target-market choices you enter – and any product photo you attach – are sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the localized copy. We use this data only to produce your result. We do not use your product texts or photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.
Your generation history is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so you can find previous results. It is not stored on our server. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Support chat
Messages you type into the on-site support chat are processed by an AI assistant via our AI provider so it can answer you. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat.
Email address (free ebook and updates)
If you request our free ebook, we store the email address you provide, the interface language you were using, and the date and time of your consent. We use this to send you the ebook and occasional updates about CopyNative. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@copynative.com.
Access codes and usage counters
Paid plans are unlocked with an access code. We store the code together with a monthly counter of how many generations it has been used for, so we can apply your plan's limit. The code is also saved in your browser so you stay unlocked.
Professional Review orders
If you order a human review, we receive the product copy you want reviewed, your contact email and any notes you send. A professional translator/editor working with CopyNative uses this information only to complete your review.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps. We use this only for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Cookies and local storage
CopyNative does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. We use:
- localStorage / sessionStorage in your browser to remember your interface language, your unlocked plan and access code, your free-generation count, your generation history, and whether you have already seen the ebook offer.
- A single administrative cookie that is set only when a site administrator logs in to manage the blog. Regular visitors never receive it.
Payments
All purchases are processed by Whop (whop.com), our payment and subscription provider. We do not see or store your card number or bank details. Whop handles checkout, billing, invoices and applicable taxes under its own privacy policy. After a purchase we receive confirmation of the order and the email address used, so we can send you your access code.
Who we share data with
- Anthropic – AI provider that generates the localized copy and powers the support chat.
- Whop – payment processing and subscription management.
- Hostinger – web hosting and email infrastructure.
- Google Fonts – the Inter typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep data
- Product texts and photos: processed in real time and not retained on our server after your result is generated. They may be temporarily retained by our AI provider under its own policies.
- Ebook / email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Access codes and usage counters: for the lifetime of your plan plus the period we need for accounting.
- Professional Review materials: up to 12 months after delivery, so we can handle revisions and questions, then deleted.
- Server logs: typically no longer than 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; or provide it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent (for example to marketing emails) at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@copynative.com – we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
Children
CopyNative is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
