Human support: Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00 Lithuanian time (EET/EEST, UTC+2 in winter / UTC+3 in summer).
That's 09:00–15:00 in Warsaw and Berlin, 08:00–14:00 in London, and 03:00–09:00 in New York.

Emails received outside these hours are answered on the next working day – usually within 24 hours.

24/7 AI assistant

Need an answer right now? The chat bubble in the corner of the homepage is an AI assistant available around the clock. It can explain how CopyNative works, what the plans include and how to get started. It cannot process refunds or access orders – for those, email us and we'll take care of it during support hours.

Payments & billing

Purchases are processed by Whop. Receipts, invoices and subscription management are available in your Whop account. For refunds, see our Refund Policy or simply email us.
